Mr. William Lee "Bill"  Duncan, 55, of spring St., Bedford, passed away Sunday, February 28th, 2016 at his home.

Mr. Duncan was born in Bedford on Friday, October 14, 1960,  the son of the late Raymond and Beverly (Kagarise) Stutzman.

He is survived by  Daughter- Leann Tucker, York; Daughter- Amanda wife of  Joseph Means, Everett; Brother- Richard L. Duncan, Latrobe; Brother- Randall E. husband of  Melissa (Peifer) Duncan, Scottdale; Brother- Joseph Stutzman, Cumberland, MD; Sister- Faith Zembower, Bedford; Half Sister- Shelly wife of  William Saunders, Bedford; Step Sister- Deb wife of  Donald Barron, Somerset; Step Brother- Robert Dunmeyer, Bedford; Step Brother- Lester husband of  Diana (Wright) Dunmeyer, Bedford; Step Sister- Catherine Dunmeyer, Bedford; Special Friend - Dianne Brummert, Bedford; Caretaker & Special Friend- Pennie Pries, Bedford. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Madison, Cailyn, Seth & Bradlee, numerous nieces and nephews & by Colleen Stutzman, widow of Bill's step father, Jay.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas C. Duncan, James R. Duncan & Brian J. Duncan, a step sister, Jean Dunmeyer, step father Jay D. Stutzman & step mother, Nancy Duncan.

Bill was affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene.  He worked for 36 years as the head custodian for the Bedford School District and was a member of PSEA Union.  He was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, NASCAR & Toby Keith.  Bill had a true passion for his job and took great pride in his work.  He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, uncle & friend.  Bill will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford, PA. at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016 with Pastor John Bennett officiating.

Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 1:00 - 6:00 PM at at the Geisel Funeral Home in Bedford.
