Mr. William T. Howsare, 49, of Cooks Mill Road, Hyndman, died at 12:47 AM, Monday, June 29th, 2015 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.

Mr. Howsare was born in Bedford on Friday, November 26, 1965,  the son of Shirley A. (Boyle) Howsare of Bedford and the late  Clyde R. "Bill" Howsare.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by  Son- William Ross Howsare, Everett; Son- Austin Roy Howsare, Hyndman; Sister- Terri Leigh wife of  Todd Hauze, Everett. He was formerly married to Shanda (Holland)  of Cresson,  He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Teri Williams; father-in-law, Barney G. Holland and wife Debbie and by a special friend, Vickie Styer.   In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lewis Robert Howsare and paternal grandparents, John & Jean Howsare and maternal grandparents, Paul & Mattie Boyle.

Bill was a member of the Pennwood Bible Church and served in the US Army.  He was a 1984 graduate of Bedford High School and was employed as a welder for Rockland Manufacturing.  Bill previously worked at SACS, as wrecker driver and a mechanic.  He also drove truck for Smith Transport.  He was a member of the Bedford Moose Lodge #480, the Drunken Monkey's Motorcycle Club and helped Johnny Howsare with the repair and maintenance of his race cars.  Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved riding his Harley. He was a wonderful son, father, brother and friend and he will be greatly missed.

A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 3rd, 2015 with Pastor Brady Plummer officiating.

Interment will be held at  Bedford County Memorial Park.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-9 PM and Friday 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home in Bedford.
