William E Howard

William E. Howard, 94, of New Paris, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022, New Paris, PA.

William was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on August 8, 1928, son of the late Earnest and Grace (Gamble) Howard.

He married his late wife Elsie E. (Timmerman) Howard on August 24, 1991, and spent 19 years together before her passing on March 5, 2010.

He is survived by daughter- Sandra Gault, of Mount Airy, MD; son- William Howard Sr., of Clearville, PA; son- Richard Howard, of New Paris. William is preceded in death by brother- John Howard; sisters- Jane Cook, Mary West; second wife Virginia (Cline) Howard.

William served his country in the United States Navy where he served for 3 years.

Visitation will be held Sunday, 28th of August, 2022 from 2 PM to 4 PM at Mickle Geisel Funeral Home.
