William A. "Bill" Biddle

William A. "Bill" Biddle, 77, of Rabbit Lane, Bedford, died, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at his home.

Mr. Biddle was born in Bedford Twp., on November 16, 1943,  son of the late Harry  J. and C. Marie (Anderson) Biddle.

On July 5, 1964 Bill married Donna Jean (Daniels)  Biddle. She preceded him in death on February 10, 2019.

He is survived by- Daughter- Tammy M. Biddle-Lopes wife of John Lopes II, York; Daughter- Pamela S. Biddle and fiancé Brock Meyers , York; Son- James S. husband of Joelene (Martin) Biddle, Manns Choice; and Grandchildren- Owen, Makayla and Hunter and Sisters- Mary M. Mortimore wife of Harry, Bedford; Carolyn M. Biddle, Bedford and Susan L. Blackburn, Bedford. Bill was preceded in death by Son-William David Biddle.

He was retired from New Holland Concrete (Kilcoin Blocks) after 30 years of service.

Bill was a member of  St. James Lutheran Church Bedford and the Bedford Grange. He attended Bedford High School.

Bill was an active hunter and enjoyed working on the family farm until almost the end of his life. His greatest joys in life were his children and grandchildren. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Friends will be received on Monday, June 7, 2021 from Noon-2PM at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford.

A Memorial Service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford, at 2:00PM on Monday, June 7th,  with Pastor Stultz officiating.

Interment at St. James Lutheran Cemetery Bedford, PA.
