Wendy C. (Calhoun) Logue

Wendy C. Logue, 50, of Sweet Root Road, Bedford was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at home after a courageous battle with cancer.

Wendy was born on October 13, 1971 in Bedford, daughter of Skyles A. Calhoun and the late Carol J. (Ebersole) Calhoun.

On August 7, 1993 she married John P. Logue.

She is survived by husband- John of Bedford; daughters- Johnni and Regan; father- Skyles, husband of Jean Feaster; sister- Wendy, widow of Ron Romeo; brother- Jeffery, husband of Kim (Verbal) Calhoun; brother- Richard, husband of Stephanie (Stevens) Calhoun; brother- Skyles Jr., husband of Tammy (Hulsey) Calhoun; in-laws- Paul and Nancy Logue; her beloved dog- Sophie; and three grand pets- Winston, Poptart and Pebbles.

Wendy was an amazing, kind-hearted and caring wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Wendy would want everyone to know how much she appreciated the love and kindness shown to her by so many. Even though she did not receive her healing miracle on Earth that everyone prayed for, we know she is healed in Heaven and her faith has made her whole.

A Private Funeral Service will be held at Manns Choice Church of God with Pastor Aaron Whetstone officiating.

Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park.
