Mrs. Vivian Arlene (Frazier) Grine, 81, of Cortland Road, New Paris, died Friday, March 22nd, 2013 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Grine was born in the home of E.G. Lohr in New Paris on Sunday, March 13, 1932, the daughter of the late Mervin "Boots" and Mayme (Lohr) Frazier.
On August 4, 1950, she married LeRoy Grine at the home of Rev. Lilly. In addition to her husband she is survived by Daughter- Connie wife of Barry Weyant, Centerville; Son- Larry husband of Sue (Chamberlain) Grine, Claysburg; Son- Rod Grine and companion Sherry Tessari, Salix; Daughter- Stephanie wife of Larry Hyde, Manns Choice; Sister- Betty Lou Barnes, Fishertown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cindy Grine
Vivian was a 1950 graduate of Schellsburg-Napier High School and was affiliated with the Faith Brethren Bible Church in New Paris. She loved singing and was a member of the Choraleers and and sang in a quartet. Vivian was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for Bethel Park Campground. She was a homemaker and a reflexologist, operating our of her home. Vivian enjoyed gardening, canning and camping.
A Funeral Service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 25th, 2013 with Pastor James Espenshade & Rev. Barry Weyant officiating.
Interment will be held at Schellsburg Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home in Schellsburg.
