Virginia G. (Miller) Gorga

Virginia G. Gorga, 92, formerly of Schellsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Fair Acres Geriatric Center, Media, PA.

Virginia was born in Napier Township on June 7, 1930, daughter of the late Harry and Martha (Evans) Miller.

She married her husband John Gorga and he preceded her in death in 1982.

She is survived by sister- Abigail wife of John Waugerman, Manns Choice; along with nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. Virginia was preceded in death by brothers Robert, Nelson, Lester, Harry JR, Foster, Clarence and sisters Bernice Oldham, and Carrie Thorton.

Virginia graduated from Schellsburg High School and then later worked at Scott Paper in Chester, PA.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 10-11 AM at Mickle Geisel Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at 11 AM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home with Pastor William Kisner officiating.  Interment will be at Fishertown Cemetery, Fishertown, PA.
