Shirley "Peg" (Price) Buck

Mrs. Shirley "Peg"  Buck, 82, of Ritchey Ave., Bedford, died Thursday, April 20th, 2017 at Donahoe Manor Nursing Home.

Mrs. Buck was born in Bedford on February 10, 1935,  the daughter of the late Charles Price and Goldie (Robinette) Price-Foor.

On January 31, 1953, she married Steve Sciranko.  He preceded her in death on March 28, 1988.  Then, on June 28, 1989, she married Ben Buck.  He preceded her in death on September 9, 2007.

She is survived by a number of nieces, nephews, two step-daughters and many good friends.    In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Charles, three sisters, Mary Belle Shaffer, Helen Mae Crissey & Mable Crum and by a brother, Robert Price

Peg was a member of the Manns Choice United Methodist Church.  She was previously employed at the Lyon Sewing Factory in Everett.  Peg was a master baker, a skill she cultivated over her lifetime.  She was a lovely woman who will be remembered for her spirit of generosity and caring .

A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 24th, 2017 with Pastor James Golla officiating.

Interment will be held at Schellsburg Cemetery Schellsburg.

Friends are invited to call on Monday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the Geisel Funeral Home in Bedford.
