Sandra K. ((Hostetler)) Smith

Sandra K. Smith, 75, of Hammond Hill Road, Fishertown died at 8:36 AM, Thursday, July 4, 2019 at home.

Mrs. Smith was born in Windber on May 31, 1944,  daughter of the late C. Alva and Helen (Creighton) Hostetler.

Sandra is survived by her loving Companion James Rowzer of 30 years.

Along with her loving Companion James she is also survived by -Daughter- Terri S. wife of  Joe Thompson, Osterburg; Daughter- Traci L. wife of  Steve Helfer, Dumfries, VA; Daughter- Trudi L. wife of  Tom Oldham, Osterburg; Daughter- Tricia "Bink" A. wife of  Tom Wright, Bedford; Granddaughter-  Jill Sciranko; Granddaughter-  Carli Helfer; Grandson- Ethan Helfer; Nephew- David Folton, Bedford; Nephew- Daniel Folton, Schellsburg; Niece- Mindy Shadel, Fishertown; Niece- Sara Rowzer, Alum Bank; Niece- Jessie Hess, Harrisburg. Also survived by the  Dorothy Rowzer Family.  Sandra is preceded in death by Sister-Debbie.

Sandy was the tax collector for East St. Clair township for 12 years and was also employed by Hedstrom of Bedford for 17 years.

She was a member of Trinity Reformed Church, Osterburg.

Sandy will be missed by all who knew her.

Friends will be received on Monday, July 8, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasantville.

A Funeral Service will be held  at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc, Pleasantville, PA. at 10:30AM on Tuesday, July 9, 2019  with Rev. Paul Seward officiating.

Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park.
