Sandra L. (Geiser) Moore

Mrs. Sandra L.  Moore,  72, of E. Pitt Street, Bedford, formerly of New Paris, died at 6:36 AM, Sunday, January 22nd, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital  in  Johnstown.

Mrs. Moore was born in Windber on Friday, July 28, 1939,  the daughter of the late Glendon and Beatrice (Ripple) Geiser.

She was married to Thomas L. Moore.  He preceded her in death on February 19, 2007. She is survived by  a Daughter- Wanda L. wife of  Randy Miller, Pleasantville; Son- Kevin L. Moore engaged to Wendy Swindell , Osterburg. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy, a granddaughter, Melissa and by a brother, Dwight Geiser

Sandra was a member of the Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church.  She was employed as a cook for both the Schellsburg Elementary and Chestnut Ridge Middle Schools.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church at 11:00 AM  on Wednesday, January 25th, 2012 with Pastor Daniel Oldham officiating.

Interment will be held at  Pleasantville Cemetery.

Friends are invited to call on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the church.
