Rose W. (Lybarger) Restly

Rose W. Restly, 89, of Juniata Street, New Baltimore, PA went to her Eternal Home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at Donahoe Manor, Bedford.

She was born on December 19, 1932, in Manns Choice, daughter of the late George S. and Bertha Mae (Clayton) Lybarger.
On December 29, 1949, Rose married James E. Restly.

Along with her husband James, she is survived by son- James husband of Lettie Restly, New Baltimore; son- John "Coon" Restly, New Baltimore; daughter Rose Marie wife of Bob Fochtman, Dove, PA; daughter Sandy wife of George Fochtman, New Baltimore; son- Joe husband of Mary Jane Restly, New Baltimore; son- Jake husband of Betsy Restly, New Baltimore and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, sister- Mary McPhee, Virginia Beach, VA and sister- Mildred Broderick, Orlando, FL. Rose was preceded in death by her grandson James "Doodle" Restly, brothers- Ralph "Joe" Lybarger, Francis Lybarger and George Lybarger and sisters- Vera Foster and Ruth Folk.

Rose was an amazing lady and was dedicated to her family and friends, she touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all.

She was a member of St. Johns Church, New Baltimore.

She enjoyed crocheting and doing word search puzzles.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 6-8PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral where a Vigil for the deceased will be held.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 11:00AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father Mark Pattock-Celebrant.

Interment at St. Johns Cemetery.
