Mr. Robert E. Miller, 78, of W. Pitt St., Bedford, died at 12:55 AM, Saturday, November 23rd, 2013 at Donahoe Manor.
Mr. Miller was born in Schellsburg on Friday, August 9, 1935, the son of the late Harry L. and Martha J. (Evans) Miller.
He is survived by Sister- Carrie Thorton, Mt. Vernon, OH; Brother- Clarence "Jiggers" husband of Maxine (Ellenberger) Miller, Schellsburg; Sister- Virginia Gorga, Prospect Park; Sister- Abigail wife of John Waugerman, Manns Choice; Sister-in-Law- Elizabeth Miller, Bedford; Sister-in-Law- Margaret Miller, Schellsburg. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Nelson, Lester, Harry Jr. and Foster and by a sister, Bernice Oldham.
Bob worked in factories in the Philadelphia area until his retirement.
A Funeral Service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 26th, 2013 with Rev. Ruth Shaver officiating.
Interment will be held at Fishertown Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home in Schellsburg.
