Patrick J. McLane, 77, of Creekside Lane, Buffalo Mills, PA, died, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at home.
Mr. McLane was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on December 14, 1943, son of the late John Leo and Patricia (McCarren) McLane.
On December 18, 1976 Patrick married Anne Marie (Lock) McLane.
In addition to his wife he is survived by Son- Keith Patrick husband of Crystal McLane, Austin, TX; Son- Patrick Sean McLane, Buffalo Mills and girlfriend Sara McKenzie and her children Jayden and Evan, Son- Denis James McLane and girlfriend Mickey Mesgana, DC; Grandchildren Brigid and Margeaux, Brother- Michael McLane, Philadelphia, PA. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents and 5 brothers- John, Martin, Robert, Matthew and Denis McLane.
He was a Housekeeper at Frostburg State University.
Patrick had a lifelong pursuit of education attending a variety of colleges and universities, studying everything from Theology, Art and Literature and Small Engine Repair. He had a passion for artwork and literature and could often be found with a book in his hands. Over the years he also enjoyed fishing.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore, PA. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Cumberland, MD.
Friends will be received on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore at 10:00AM on Saturday, November 13, 2021 with Father Mark Pattock- Celebrant.
Interment at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, New Baltimore, PA.
