Patricia "Patty" L. (Jones) Ickes

Patricia "Patty" L. Ickes, 78, of Valley Road, Schellsburg, died Friday, November 20, 2020 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.

Mrs. Ickes was born in Johnstown on September 16, 1942, daughter of the late Frederick and Julia (Bittner) Jones.

On November 7, 1963 Patricia married Eugene H. Ickes.

In addition to her husband she is survived by Son- Scott husband of  Luz Ickes, Labelle, FL; Son- Samuel husband of  Wanda Ickes, Alum Bank; Son- Shawn husband of  Tonia Ickes, Bedford; Grandchildren Mindy St. Onge, Olivia Waczkowski, Evan Ickes, Laura Kelley (Dan), John Shirk (Jennifer), Jessi Shirk, Julia Ickes, Derek Ickes (Kerianna) and Dustin Ickes fiancée Rachel, 7 step-great grandchildren and Brother- Clee W. Jones, Johnstown. Patricia was preceded in death by granddaughter- Marina Ickes.

Patricia was assistant manager at Landmark Restaurant of Bedford for 28 years and later retired from Pennknoll after 8 years of service.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 11AM-3PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A Funeral Service will be held  at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg at 3:00PM on Wednesday, November 25th,  with Pastor Dan Oldham officiating.
