Monty S. Guyer

Mr. Monty S. Guyer, 56, of Guyer Corner Road, New Enterprise died Sunday, June 21st, 2015 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.

Mr. Guyer was born in Roaring Spring on Wednesday, October 8, 1958,  he was the son of E. Darlene (Over) Guyer of New Enterprise and the late  Donald R. Guyer.

On August 28, 1987, he married Deborah A. (Koontz) Guyer.  In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughter- Megan Elizabeth Mae Guyer of Erie and by his brother- Marty R. Guyer of New Enterprise  and fiancee Ruby Wallace of Altoona.

Monty was a 1976 graduate of Northern Bedford High School and was employed as a landscaper with Roots in the Cove.  He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and loved to fish.  Monty was a wonderful son, husband, father, brother and friend. He will be missed.

At Monty's request, there will be no funeral services.
