Mary "Kathy" (Jones) Smith

Mrs. Mary "Kathy" Smith, 65, of Osterburg, formerly of Calvary Hollow, Alum Bank and Rosedale Baltimore, MD went home to be with Jesus and her husband at 10:40 PM, Wednesday, February 13th, 2019.

Mary was born in Baltimore, MD on March 10, 1953,  daughter of the late John and Agnes (George) Jones.

On November 14, 1972, she married Thomas A. Smith, he preceded her in death on January 24, 2016.

She is survived by Son- Patrick W.  husband of Jennifer (Feathers) Smith, Sr., Daughter- Jennifer L. wife of Troy R. Mickey. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Patrick W. Smith, Jr., Kayla A. Mickey, Makayla N. Feathers and Samatha M. Smith. Mary is preceded in death by her husband and an infant Son- Thomas Smith Jr. as well as the following  Brothers and Sisters - Patricia Jones Ranney, Mary Agnes Jones, Barbra Jones Barbato, John T. Jones and Michael Jones.

Kathy loved to spend time with her family and watch her grandchildren grow. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, bird watching and going to Monday Night Bowling. She loved her dogs and going to the Relay for Life Walk. She knew the Lord Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Kathy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Kathy was affiliated with Spring Meadow Fellowship Church.

Friends and Family are invited to call on Monday, February 18, 2019 from 4-8 PM at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc, Pleasantville.

A Funeral Service will be held  at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc, Pleasantville at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 19th,  with Pastor John Bennett officiating.

Interment at Pleasantville Cemetery Alum Bank.
