Mary E. (O'Neal) Mock

Mary E. Mock, 85, of Pennknoll Road, Everett formerly of Dunkard Hollow Road, Alum Bank died at 2:02 AM, Friday, September 6, 2019 at Pennknoll Village, Snake Spring Twp.

Mrs. Mock was born in Bedford County on April 25, 1934, daughter of the late Walter and Edith (Turner) O’Neal.

On January 23, 1953 Mary married Donald C. Mock. He preceded her in death on December 3, 2007.

She is survived by  Daughter- Gail E. wife of  Dale Weyant, Osterburg; Son- R. Duane Mock and friend Pam Boyer, Central City; Daughter- Lisa K. wife of  Tom Boyer, Mechanicsburg; Son- Dennis K. husband of  Angie (Hileman) Mock, Imler. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren,  2 great- great grandchildren. Mary is preceded in death by Son- David L. Mock, Sisters-  Norma Lybarger and Vivian Snavely and Brothers- Cecil O'Neal and Richard O'Neal.

Mary raised her children then later worked at the Bedford Springs Gift Shop and Amick's Apple House.

She graduated from Schellsburg Napier High School in 1952.

Mary was a member of Dunnings Creek Church of the Brethren.

She loved and enjoyed all of her grandchildren, they meant a lot to her. Her pets were also a big part of her life.

Mary will be missed greatly by all those who knew her.

Friends will be received on Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 2-5PM at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasantville.

A Funeral Service will be held  at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc, Pleasantville at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 9, 2019  with Pastor Keith Showalter officiating.

Interment at Mock Cemetery Alum Bank.
