Mary M. (Potts) Dibert
July 3, 1923 — October 21, 2011
Mrs. Dibert was born in Rainsburg on Tuesday, July 3, 1923, the daughter of the late Americus E. and Elsie (Howsare) Potts.
On December 31, 1964, she married Harold T. Dibert. He preceded her in death on December 18, 2002.
She is survived by Daughter- Brenda widow of Calvin Dodson, Osterburg; Daughter- Diana wife of Merle Smith, Greencastle; Son- Stanley Sheldon Price, Jr. husband of Sharon (Ware) Price, Centerville; Step Son- Jeff husband of Judy Dibert, Dillsburg; Sister- Dolsie Diehl, Bedford. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, one great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley Sheldon Price, Sr., a step-son, Wayne Dibert and a daughter-in-law, Ann Dibert and by two sisters, Alma Hartman and Ida May
Mary was a member of the Bedford United Methodist Church. She was a 1941 graduate of Bedford High School and attended their 70th class reunion on October first of this year. She was employed as a clerk at G.C. Murphys and at Kennametal.
A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 24th, 2011 with Rev. Jeff Welsch officiating.
Interment will be held at Bedford County Memorial Park.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and on Monday, one hour prior to the service.
