Marjorie G. ((Murray)) Hankinson

Marjorie G. Hankinson, 96, of Serenity Circle Bedford, formerly of New Baltimore, died at 7:43 AM, Sunday, December 2nd, 2018 at Pennknoll Village, Snake Spring Twp.

Mrs. Hankinson was born in Johnstown on September 19, 1922,  the daughter of the late Andrew T. and Margaret (Topper) Murray.

On May 10, 1943, she married John J. Hankinson. He preceded her in death on January 27, 1978.

Marjorie is survived by  Daughter- Linda A. wife of  Samuel McVicker, Bedford; Grandson- Chad R. McVicker; Grandson- Craig J. McVicker; Daughter-in-Law Sherre (Haning) widow of John Hankinson. Mrs. Hankinson is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by son John and two infant brothers Thomas and John.

She was a  Housewife and also a member of RSVP, Exxon Annuitant Club as well as a former member of the New Baltimore Sportsman Club. Marjorie was a member of  St. John the Baptist Catholic Church New Baltimore.

A Funeral Mass will be held  at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore at 10:00AM  on Thursday, December 6, 2018 with Father Mark Pattock- Celebrant

Committal will be held at St. Johns Cemetery, New Baltimore.

Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg where a Vigil for the Deceased will be held.
