Marianna (McMichael) Heath

Marianna McMichael Heath, 57, of Manns Choice, formerly of Augusta, WV made her peaceful journey home to be with Jesus and her welcoming committee of family members on January 15, 2021 at Altoona UPMC, Blair County.

Affectionately known to her family as "LuLu", Marianna was born on July 23, 1963 in Madrid Spain. She was the youngest sister of three girls. She is survived by her father Gene McMichael, her sister Monica Strait and brother-in-law Alan Straight and her nephew Austin Strait; sister Marcia Ferrell and a brother Alex McMichael and sister-in-law Jan McMichael. She loved her dog "Ms. Mandy Girl" , always buying her new toys to play with. She was preceded in death by her mother-Maria Teresa deSilva, step-mother- Elvira (Silva) McMichael and sister-Natushka Shoemaker.

Marianna had moved up in the fall, to help be a caregiver to her father Gene and did a wonderful job cooking, which gave her great pleasure. She loved watching her football with Gene and spoiled him with an endless supply of "scratch-off" tickets too!

Being a "Florida Girl" at heart Marianna loved soaking up the warmth of Florida sunshine at the beach and especially enjoyed going fishing. Her work experience was in telemarketing and time-shares but truly was happy with her latest job as a "Concierge" for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

Although we will miss your company “LuLu” we are so happy to know that you are no longer suffering and in your "Everlasting Home"- until we meet you there again.

Friends will be received on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 12:30 to 1:00PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A Funeral Service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 1:00PM with Pastor Russell Hoffman officiating.

Those in attendance are asked to observe the recommendations pertaining to wearing masks and social distancing

Interment at Milligans Cove Cemetery, Buffalo Mills.
