Marian L. ((Bush)) Ickes-Turner

Marian L. Ickes-Turner, 83, of Donahoe Manor Road, Bedford passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at 7:45 PM  Sunday, July 14, 2019 at Donahoe Manor Nursing Home, Bedford.

Mrs. Ickes-Turner was born in Bedford on January 17, 1936, daughter of the late Howard C. Sr. and Della C. (Bridenthal) Bush.

She is survived by Daughter- Denise A. wife of  Dale Suhrie, Bedford; Son- Craig B. husband of  Renee (Abbott) Ickes, Bedford; Daughter- Kimberly L. wife of  Rob Ripple, Bedford; 7 Grandchildren Jennifer, Richard, Camela, Stephanie, Tommy, Tanner and Tyler; 10 Great-Grandchildren Dylan, Kearsten, Pearce, Trenton, Parker, Wyatt, Myles, Elsly, Jameson, and Amelia; Brother- Kenneth J. Bush, Bedford; Brother- Harry H. Bush, GA; Sister- Doris J. Reighard, OH.  Marian is preceded in death by her first Husband- Thomas B. Ickes; second Husband- Harvey C. Turner; Brothers- Ronald, Howard, Jr. and Frank Bush, Sister Helene Ivins and Infant Great-granddaughter Delilah.

Marian was a Homemaker for several years and throughout her life she was employed by Colony Flower, Washington Bakery, Geisel Funeral Home and the Sweet Shop of Everett.

She was a member of St. Paul's Reformed Church, Cessna.

Marian loved cooking and baking, gardening, flowers, spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford.

A funeral service will be held  at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 11:00AM on Thursday, July 18, 2019  with Pastor Howard Sloan officiating.

Interment at St. Paul's Cemetery, Bedford.
