Margaret "Peggy" Frances (Doherty) Tallion

Mrs. Margaret "Peggy" Frances Tallion, 76, of Fishertown, died Friday, September 30th, 2016 at her home.

Mrs. Tallion was born in Union, NJ on Sunday, July 28, 1940,  the daughter of the late James P. and Margaret Doherty.

On September 1, 1974, she married Joseph "Joe" K. Tallion.  In addition to her husband she is survived by Brother- Edward "Ed" W. Doherty, Bedford.  She was preceded in death by her brother, James "Jimmy" Doherty.

Peggy was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Baltimore and attended the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Bedford.  In 1995, she retired after 35 years from Nordley, Dean & Summit Electric Company in Chatham, NJ.  Peggy loved working outdoors and watching hockey and football with her husband Joe.  She was a loving wife, sister and friend and she will be greatly missed.

A committal service will be held at Fishertown Cemetery at 3:00 PM on Monday, October 3rd, 2016 with Father Richard Tomkosky celebrant.
