Margaret L. (Claar) Slick

Margaret L. Slick, 88, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Bedford died Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Wright's Healthcare, Seminole, FL.

Margaret was born in Blair County on January 20, 1932,  daughter of the late Clarence E. and Alice Pearl (Walters) Claar.

Margaret shared 57 years of marriage with her husband Ross W. Slick. He preceded her in death on March 16, 2010.

She is survived by  Daughter- Mary Kay Slick, St. Petersburg, FL; Son- Joe Slick, St. Petersburg, FL; Sister- Clara Regets, Hollidaysburg.  Margaret was preceded in death by Sisters- Evelyn Dodson and Helen Dively and Brother- Freddie Claar.

She was a member of Tulls Hill Bible Church in Bedford and also Village Green Community Church in St. Petersburg, FL.

Margaret was employed by Bedford Hospital as a LPN.

She will be warmly remembered and greatly missed.

Friends will be received on Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 3-7PM and Monday, March 2, 2020 from 10-11AM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A funeral service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 11:00AM  with Pastor Daniel Campbell officiating.

Interment at Leamerville Riverview Cemetery, East Freedom, PA.
