Linda D. (Roth) Kurtz

Mrs. Linda D. Kurtz, 75, of Cumberland Road, Bedford, died Sunday, December 31st, 2017 at her home.

Mrs. Kurtz was born in Bedford on November 16, 1942,  the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Schull) Roth.

In 1963, she married Harry F. Kurtz.  He preceded her in death on May 3, 2014.  She is survived by  Daughter- Robin Kurtz, Bedford; Brother- Kerry husband of  Janet Roth, Schellsburg.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Roth.

Linda was a graduate of Bedford High School.  She worked for many years as a cashier at BI-LO, first in Bedford, then in Altoona, eventually retiring from the Hollidaysburg store.  Linda enjoyed gardening, baking and decorating.  Her greatest joy in life came from spending time with her family.  Linda was a wonderful mother, sister, aunt and friend.  She will be greatly missed.

Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
