Leila P. (Robinette) Spenner

Mrs. Leila P. Spenner, 67, of Schellsburg, died at 3:45 AM, Monday, September 22nd, 2014 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.

Mrs. Spenner was born in Bedford on Friday, July 25, 1947, the daughter of the late Sherman and Edith (Robinette) Robinette.

Leila was the wife of John J. Spenner, Sr.  He preceded her in death in 1998.

She is survived by  Sister- Carol Jean Williams, Everett and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant brother Kenneth, two sisters, Louise Williams & Bonnie Hatt and four brothers, Blair, Donald, Schelley & Dale.


Leila was a retired laborer, working as a sheet metal mechanic and a tiling expert, formerly employed by Liskey's Inc. in Baltimore, MD.

Services will be held privately by the family. Interment will be held at Oak Lawn Cemetery Baltimore, MD.
