Larry W. "Frog" Claycomb, Jr.

Larry W. “Frog” Claycomb, Jr., 50, of Press Road, Bedford, PA passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at UPMC Altoona, Blair County.

Mr. Claycomb was born on August 31, 1971, in Norristown, PA son of the late Larry W. Claycomb, Sr. and Sandra J. (Gingerich) Claycomb.

Larry is survived by his mom- Sandra of Bedford; sister Kimberly Amick, Everett; nephew- Jordan Gustkey, Johnstown, niece- Miranda Gustkey and great niece Lilyann Gustkey, Pocono Mountain, PA. He was preceded in death by his father- Larry Claycomb, Sr. and paternal and maternal grandparents.

He was a graduated of Bedford High School.

Larry started at Blue Triangle Hardware in 1993 and was employed there for 28 years as a log loader.

Frog was an avid hunter and fisher and lived to hunt and fish.

Larry was a kind-hearted and hardworking man who had a big heart and a warm smile that could light up a room. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Friends will be received at Yeagar Lutheran Church, Rainsburg on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 5-7PM with a Memorial Service at 7:00PM with Pastor Jenny Barnes officiating.
