Kevin K. Roose

Kevin K. Roose, 48, of Sunset Street, Pittsburgh formerly of Bedford, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 21, 2021.

He was born in Windber, PA on September 25, 1972, son of Gordon K. and Vickie J. (Earnest) Roose of Bedford.

Surviving are his parents of Bedford; Daughter- Savannah M. Roose, Pittsburgh; Son- Christopher J. Roose, Pittsburgh; Brother- Robert husband of  Andrea Roose, Schellsburg; Sister- Michelle (Roose) Pazcoguin, Hollidaysburg; four nephews and two nieces. Kevin was preceded in death by Grandparents- Gordon Sr. and Betty Roose and Dean and Marion Earnest and Cousin- Richard Roose.

Kevin graduated from Chestnut Ridge High School in 1991 and was a graduate of Pittsburgh Culinary Academy. Kevin worked as a chef for various high-end restaurants and resorts over the course of his career. He was currently employed at South Hills Country Club.

Kevin was most proud to be the father of Savannah and Christopher. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and fishing with his son. Kevin loved his children and always strived to be the best dad. He was always willing to help anyone in need.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
