Kenneth J. Wambaugh

Mr. Kenneth J. Wambaugh, 74, of New Baltimore, died Monday, April 9th, 2018 at Donahoe Manor.

Mr. Wambaugh was born in New Baltimore on October 7, 1943,  the son of the late Edward and Margaret (Suhrie) Wambaugh.

On October 23, 1965, he married Anna Lee (Ranker) Wambaugh.

In addition to his wife he is survived by Daughter- Kim A. Wambaugh, New Baltimore; Daughter- Lea A. wife of Greg Storm, Cresson; Daughter- Dayna M. Wambaugh, New Baltimore; Grandchildren- Joseph, Kayla & Emilee; Brother- Thomas Wambaugh, Buffalo Mills.  He was preceded in death by two infant sons, Joseph and Gerald, a brother, James "Poodle" Wambaugh, two sisters, Rita Miller & Loretta Domen and an infant brother.

Kenneth was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Baltimore.  He served the church as a Eucharistic Minister and a Lector and was a member of CCD and visited homebound members of the Parish.  Ken was a 1961 graduate of Berlin High School.  He worked at Hedstrom in Bedford for 37 years.  Ken was a wonderful husband, a loving father and grandfather, a devoted brother and a good friend.  He will be greatly missed.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 12th, 2018 with Father Aron Maghsoudi celebrant.

Committal will be held at St. Johns Cemetery, New Baltimore.

Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg, where a vigil for the deceased will be held.
