Karen Ruth (Callihan) Mock

Mrs. Karen Ruth Mock, 60, of Imlertown Road, Bedford, passed away at 8:50 AM, Tuesday, December 9th, 2014 at her home.

Mrs. Mock was born in Roaring Spring on Tuesday, September 28, 1954,  the daughter of Gloria Corl of Bedford and the late John L. Callihan.

On June 30, 1975, she married Jay Mock.  In addition to her husband she is survived by her mother and  Son- Brandon J. husband of  Amy (Dull) Mock, Ryot; Daughter- Amanda J. wife of  Sean Glessner, Keyser, WV; Sister- Deb wife of  Larry Wiley, Three Forks, MT; Sister- Janice wife of  Mike Niccols, New Stanton; Brother- Kevin husband of  Cindy (Ross) Callihan, Windsor, CO; Brother- Jim husband of  Deb (Miller) Callihan, Osterburg; Brother- David husband of  Robin (Root) Callihan, New Paris. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Tyrel, Travis, Trey, Todd, Tenley Karen-Ruth & Shaunna.

Karen was a member of the Faith Brethren Bible Church in Schellsburg.  She was employed as a secretary for the Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries.  Karen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend,  and she will be greatly missed.

A funeral service will be held at Faith Brethren Bible Church, Schellsburg at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 12th, 2014 with Pastor Jim Espenshade officiating.

Interment will be held at  Mock Cemetery, Alum Bank.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-9 PM at the Faith Brethren Bible Church.
