Joshua Paul King

Joshua Paul King, 39, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 20, 2024 at his home in Chambersburg.

Joshua was born in Windber on July 9, 1984, son of Ronald P. King, of Bedford and Vickie (Beckett) Lopez, of Chambersburg.

He is survived by mother- Vickie wife of Manuel Cruz, of Chambersburg; father- Ronald husband of Ethel (Cook) King, of Bedford; step-father- Raul Lopez, of Bedford; grandmother- Mattie Esquivel, of Alum Bank; grandmother- Joann King, of Lancaster; brother- Billy King husband of Brenna, of Manns Choice; brother- Brendan King fiancé of Lisa, of York; brother- Jose Lopez, of Chambersburg; brother- Austin Lopez, of Chambersburg; brother- Jesus Lopez, of York; nieces: Bella King, Iris King, Royalty Lopez, and Ariana Lopez; along with numerous aunts and uncles, special Uncle George and Aunt Dawn and special cousin Kyle; service dog- Mia. Joshua is preceded in death by brother- Kristopher King; grandfathers: George Beckett Sr, and Jack King; great-grandmother: Alta Miller; Uncle-Kevin Beckett; and cousin- Brian Beckett.

Joshua had a loving personality and everyone loved him. He enjoyed playing his Nintendo Switch, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. His favorite TV shows were: Law & Order, 48 Hours, NCIS, Chicago 911, Chicago PD, and WWE.

A visitation will be held Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 2-6 PM at Geisel-Styer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services Inc., Bedford.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 6 PM at Geisel-Styer Funeral Homes, Bedford with Pastor Tim Brown officiating.
