Joseph K. Tallion, Jr.

Joseph (Joe) Tallion Jr. of Fishertown died Oct. 25, 2021 at Country Manor Senior Living in Jerome, PA.

He was born March 4, 1941 in Windber, PA, son of the late Joe Tallion and Mary Sadlon.

Joe was drafted into the Army and served in Germany for many years.

On September 1, 1974 he married Margaret (Peggy) Doherty in NJ where they lived until retirement.

Joe retired in 1994 after 31 years working for General Motors in Linden, NJ.  Joe liked hunting and fishing with his father, Joe and brothers Ron and John.   He is survived by his brothers Ronald Tallion (Gail) of Windber, John Tallion of Windber and his sister Mariann Click (William) also of Windber as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy and two brother-in-laws, Edward Doherty and James Doherty.

A committal service will be held at Fishertown Cemetery at 10:00 AM on Saturday November 6th 2021.
