Jonathan J. Cornell

Jonathan J. Cornell, 33, of Isabella Court, Coraopolis, formerly of New Paris passed away Wednesday, December 4th, 2019 as a result of an auto accident.

Mr. Cornell was born in York on September 6, 1986,  son of Roger and Karen E. (Daniel) Cornell of New Paris.

Along with his Parents ,Jonathan is survived by Daughter- Gabriella Jae Cornell; Son- Maddox Jesse Cornell; Paternal Grandmother Virginia (Labuda) Cornell, Schellsburg; Sister- Suzanne Cornell Bloomington, NY; Sister- Stephanie wife of  Derek Nugent, New Paris; Nieces and Nephews and Mother of the children- Samantha Klein, Washington, PA.  Jonathan was preceded in death by his Sister- Jessica Hope Cornell; Paternal Grandfather- Melvin Cornell and Maternal Grandparents- Eddie and Hope Daniel.

Jonathan was a  Pipe Line Inspector for Columbia Gas.

He served in the PA National Guard.

Friends will be received on Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 2-6PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held  at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg at 10:00AM on Monday, December 9th,  with Pastor John Bennett officiating.

Interment at Schellsburg Cemetery.
