John "Lee" Albright 74, loving father and adored grandfather was set free from his battle with Alzheimer's in Walnut Cove, NC on March 12, 2022.
Mr. Albright was born December 12, 1947, in Bedford, PA son of the late John Albright, Jr. and Dora (Brown) Albright.
He is survived by his two daughters, Cassandra Chaney, wife of Kevin, of Bedford and Lisa Riddle, wife of Scot, of Walnut Cove, NC, his two granddaughters Peyton and Delaney Riddle, and a sister, Linda Atkinson of Everett.
Lee had a love of any motorsports: from go-carting as a child, motorcycles, hotrods, and any kind of auto restoration. His vast number of friendships over the years were because of this love. He was the co-owner of A&D Suzuki Yamaha for over 20 years. Lee's love of art and painting led him to open Albright's Restoration at his home, restoring antique, classic, and modern-day vehicles.
Lee's sense of humor was unmatchable, always laughing at himself, even when it was hardest. His sense of humor and good nature will be missed by his family and his friends.
A Visitation will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford from 9-11AM on Friday, March 18, 2022, with a Funeral Service at 11:00AM with Jim Miller officiating.
Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park.
