Joanne R (Blackburn) Corle

Joanne R. Corle, 91, of Everett, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring, PA.

Joanne was born in Seesetown, PA. on July 31, 1931, daughter of the late George and Emma (Allison) Blackburn.

She married her late husband Warren Philip Corle on December 21, 1957 and spent 53 years happily married.

She is survived by son- Bryan Corle and significant other Jerri Toomey, Everett; grandson- Bryan husband of Emily (Vaughn) Corle, of Buffalo Mills; and great-granddaughter- Elora Corle. Joanne is preceded in death along with her husband Warren; her parents George and Emma; brothers- George Blackburn, Leslie Blackburn and sister Hazel Hamilton.

Joanne was a member of Zion Lutheran Church Everett. She was employed as a school teacher for numerous years. Joanne enjoyed the last years of her life birdwatching, and spoiling her lapdogs and spending time with her family.

Private services will be held at the request of the family.
