James T. Miller

Mr. James T. Miller, 49 of West Pitt Street, Bedford, died Saturday, May 14, 2016.

Mr. Miller was born in Chester on Thursday, March 9, 1967, the son of the late Foster J. and Beatrice (O’Brien) Miller.

He is survived by half-brother, Tracy Miller of Prospect Park; stepmother, Margaret (Sadler) Miller of Schellsburg; stepbrother, Doug Mathews of Schellsburg.  He is also survived by four other stepbrothers who live out of the area and by many aunts and uncles.

Jim was a landscaper for Concordville Cemetery in Glenn Mills, Delaware County.  He was a 20-year resident of the Union Hotel in Bedford.  Jim was a polite, friendly gentleman who had many friends, including his landlord, Bob Webb. He will be missed.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the Tulls Hill Bible Church, 1847 Tulls Hill Road, Bedford with Pastor Stan Serafin officiating.

Friends are invited to call on Saturday from 9:30 -10:00 AM at the church.

Interment will be held privately at Helixville Cemetery.

Arrangements entrusted to Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.
