Mr. Hubert M. Kile, 73, of Big Creek Road, Clearville, died at 11:32 AM , Friday, August 1st, 2014 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Kile was born in Clearville on Tuesday, May 13, 1941, the son of the late Lora (Vance) Kile-Cornell.
He was married to Leota "Elaine (Conrad) Kile. In addition to his wife he is survived by Daughter- Mary wife of Mark Bothell, Sr., Breezewood; Daughter- Marie F. wife of Gary Northcraft, Artemas. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Jessica Bothell, Mark Bothell, Jr., Layce Northcraft & Lonnie Northcraft. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Roy Cornell, sister, Pauline Wigfield, brother Dixie "Buck" Kile, brother, Herbert "Gene" Kile and brother Roy "Karl" Kile.
Hubert attended Bethel Christian Church and Fairview Christian Church. He served in the US Army for two years as a truck driver for the Artillery Division, hauling ammunition. Hubert worked for PENN DOT for 35 years as an equipment operator. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, watching NASCAR on TV and attending the races when he was younger. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Everett at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 with Rev. Milton Morris officiating.
Interment will be held at Everett Cemetery. Graveside military honors will be accorded by the Everett Honor Guard.
Friends are invited to call on Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home in Everett.
