Hubert G. Cagle

Hubert Glenn Cagle, 91, of Bedford, Pennsylvania went to be with his savior on Friday, April 28, 2023 at Donahoe Manor, Bedford.

Hubert was born in Polk County, Georgia on November 13, 1931, son of the late Grady M. and Myrtle (Chapman) Cagle.

Hubert is survived by his loving wife, Laura and his six children all from other states, and step-daughter Emily Lewis, of Manns Choice; and stepson Larry Wiley and family of Montana. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

Hubert had a scholarship to college as a football quarterback, but he chose instead to go to a different college for the ministry. He then went on to preach for the next 65 years. Hubert loved singing the praises of his Lord.

A visitation will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 10-11 AM at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 11 AM at Louis Geisel Funeral Home with Pastor John Bennett officiating.

Interment will be at Duvall Cemetery, Six Mile Run, PA.
The family would like to thank all the wonderful caregivers at Donahoe Manor for the great care given to Hubert.
