H. Lee McVicker

Mr. H. Lee  McVicker, 61, of Corley Road, Manns Choice, died at 11:00 PM, Monday, October 6th, 2014 at his home.

Mr. McVicker was born in Manns Choice on Thursday, February 19, 1953,  the son of the late Samuel J. and Alice L. (Croyle) McVicker.

On February 7, 1990, he married Shirley R. (Grasser) McVicker.

In addition to his wife he is survived by Son- Eric L. husband of  Stephanie (Slack) McVicker, Schellsburg; Step Son- William J. Wingardner,. Jr. husband of  April (Pletcher) Winegardner, Warenton, VA; Step Son- Corey J. husband of  Crystal (Smith) Winegardner, West Newton; Step Son- Scott H. husband of  Kelly (Sivec) Winegardner, Bedford; Step Son- Benjamin T. Winegardner, New Castle; Sister- Dorothy McVicker, Bedford; Sister- Donna Wilson, Nampa, ID; Sister- Barbara wife of  Alfred Sarver, New Buena Vista; Brother- Samuel husband of  Linda McVicker, Manns Choice; Brother- Paul husband of  Patty McVicker, Everett; Brother- Larry husband of  Lauren McVicker, Bedford. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.

Lee was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Baltimore.  He was a retired carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters Union Local #2274 in Pittsburgh for 30 years.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 11th, 2014 with Father Richard Tomkosky, celebrant.

Committal will be held at  St. Johns Cemetery, New Baltimore.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg, where a vigil for the deceased will be held.
