Harold A. Miller

Harold A. Miller, 91, of Buffalo Road, Buffalo Mills, died Friday, January 31, 2020 at Rebecca's Personal Care Home, Everett.

Mr. Miller was born in Claysburg on February 14, 1928,  son of the late Raymond and Mae (Wertz) Miller.

On June 3, 1950 Harold married Anna L. (Miller) Miller. She preceded him in death on May 18, 2019

He is survived by  Daughter- Linda wife of  Rick Cloud, Manns Choice; Son- Kenneth  Miller, York; Grandson- Nicholas husband of  Missy Miller, York; Granddaughter-  Christy wife of  Michael Shippy, Manns Choice; Granddaughter-  Lori wife of  Norman Rose II, Bedford; Granddaughter-  Cassie Miller, York; Granddaughter-  Jenna wife of  Justin Claar, Osterburg; Great-grandchildren Shelby and Nicholas Jr. Miller, Kaleb and Cole Foster, Leah and Austin Rose, Lexi and Chase Miller and Adrianna Claar.  Harold was preceded in death by Infant Son- James, Grandson- Richard Whiteman, Sister- Ruth Wait, Brother-in-law - Ivan Wentz, and Grandson-in-law Derek Weaver.

Harold served in the US Navy during World War II.

He was a Contractor for Kilcoin Supply, Bedford.

Harold was a member of Buffalo Mills United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, mowing and gardening. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 6-8PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A Funeral Service will be held at Buffalo Mills United Methodist Church at 10:00AM on Wednesday, February 5, 2020  with Pastor James Golla officiating.

Interment at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Buffalo Mills.

Military Rights accorded by Fort Bedford Honor Guard.
