George R. Miller

George R. Miller, 71, of Bedford, Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at home surrounded by his family.

George was born in New Kensington on April 10, 1952, son of the late George Robert and Helen D. (Knok) Miller.

He is survived by son- Glenn Edmonds, of Bedford; daughter- Diane Edmonds, of Greensburg; brother- Gerald Miller, of OK.; sister- Alice Tripplehorn, of MI; sister- Virginia Stuchel, of AZ.; sister- Dena Miller, of SD.; sister-Richene Stull, of MN.; and numerous grandchildren.

George served his country in the United States Marines. He was a laborer at the Concrete Factory and then at the Mushroom Plant for numerous years. He was a member of the VFW Post #92 New Kensington. He enjoyed crafts, painting, shopping and watching wrestling.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10:30 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.

Interment will be at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
