George E. Logue

George E. "Wimpy" Logue, 81, of Ceminary Street, Bedford, Colerain Twp.  died Thursday, February 25, 2021 at UPMC Altoona Hospital, Blair County.

Mr. Logue was born in Colerain Twp.,  on January 20, 1940, son of the late William T. and Lena V. (Hook) Logue.

On June 6, 1969 George married Cathy D. (Hann) Logue.

In addition to his wife he is survived by Son- Dusty T. husband of  Michele (Wertz) Logue, Colerain Twp.; Daughter- Anita F. wife of  David Miller, Manns Choice; 2 Grandsons Shawn and Joshua Zimmerman; Brother- William H. Logue, Rainsburg; Sister- Nancy Logue, York; Sister- Sandy L. Imler, Colerain Twp. and Sister- N. Paulette Bagley, Bedford.  George was preceded in death by Grandson- Jeffrey William Logue, Brothers- Richard L. and John R. Logue and Sister- Josephine Howard.

Wimpy was retired from Blue Triangle Hardwood where he was a Truck Driver.

He was of the Methodist Faith. George was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Friends will be received on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 11AM-1PM at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford.

A funeral service will be held  at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 1:00PM on Monday, March 1st,  with Jim Miller officiating.

Interment at Woods Church Cemetery, Colerain Twp.
