Mr. Gary L. Fix, 59, of Old Mill Road, Bedford, died at 6:37 PM, Saturday, April 16th, 2011 at his home
Mr. Fix was born in Bedford on Tuesday, January 8, 1952, the son of the late Bill L. and Betty P. (Ickes) Fix.
On February 14, 1999, he married Carol (Clapper) Fix. In addition to his wife he is survived by Daughter- Tiffany M. wife of Ronald Whitfield, Bedford; Son- Tracy W. husband of Rhiannon (Dempsy) Fix, Bedford; Step Son- Brian L. Amick, Pleasantville; Brother- Terry E. husband of Madelyn "Maggie" (Naugle) Fix, Bedford. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Trenton, Kathryn, Wyatt, Alexandria, Daniel and Brenna, and three step grandchildren, Aleta at home, Brian and Bryanna.
Gary retired from Creative Pultrusions in Bedford after working for them for 36 years. He was a member of the Photography Club of Bedford. Gary very much enjoyed horses, photography, woodworking, attending auctions, Volkswagons, dancing and loved spending time with his family and his dogs.
A funeral service will be held at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., 745 Raystown Road, Everett at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 21st, 2011 with Rev. Paul Claycomb officiating.
Interment will be held at St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Bedford.
Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Thursday 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home in Everett.
