F. Gary Hillegass
September 2, 1945 — July 30, 2016
Mr. Hillegass was born in Juniata Township on Sunday, September 2, 1945, the son of Margaret (O'Brien) Hillegass of Buffalo Mills and the late Franklin B. Hillegass.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by Sister- Debbie wife of Randy Gary, New Paris; Sister- Cheryl wife of Norman Duvall, Manns Choice; Brother- Leonard Hillegass, Buffalo Mills.
Gary was a member of the St. John's the Baptist Catholic Church in New Baltimore. He was formerly employed as a bartender at the Shawnee Inn and as the night auditor at the Ramada Inn in Breezewood. Gary was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend and he will be missed.
A prayer service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016 with Father Richard Tomkosky officiating.
Committal services will be held at St. Johns Cemetery, New Baltimore.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.
