Mr. Edward E. Dull, 63, of Towson Road, Alum Bank, died at 9:52 PM, Tuesday, November 12th, 2013 at his home.

Mr. Dull was born in Snake Spring Township on Wednesday, March 1, 1950,  the son of  Pearl (Ringler) Dull of Alum Bank and the late Earl Dull.

On January 12, 1971, he married Kathy A. (Corle) Dull.  In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by Son- Travis E. husband of  Kelly (Deeter) Dull, New Paris; Daughter- Tina A. Lancaster, Roaring Spring; Daughter- Misti D. wife of  Troy Ickes, Schellsburg; Daughter- Kristi L. Snyder, Harrisburg; Brother- Fred Dull, Alum Bank; Sister- Tam Mitchell, Alum Bank. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Taylor, Saddie, Hunter, Jadeyn, Haley, Liza, Lyvia, Tory & Lillie.

Ed was a 1968 graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School and served in the US Army  and was Vietnam War Vetern.  He was employed as a mechanic with Thiele Inc. in Windber and was affiliated with the Alum Bank United Methodist Church.  Ed loved spending time with his family, especially his nine grandchildren.  He was their favorite baby-sitter.  Ed enjoyed hunting and camping with his family and friends.  He was always helping others any way he could.  Ed's family had a saying when it came to their patriarch, "I may be left-handed, by I'm always right".  Ed will forever be in ours hearts.

A Funeral Service will be held at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasantville, at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 15th, 2013 with Rev. David Zona officiating.

Interment will be held at Mock Cemetery, Alum Bank.  Graveside military rites will be accorded by the Fort Bedford Honor Guard.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home in Pleasantville.
