Drew "Hank" Henry Diehl

Drew "Hank" Henry Diehl, 31, of Bedford, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring, PA.

He was born in Windber on May 17, 1993. He is the son of Andrew Diehl and partner Daisy Cruise, of Manns Choice; and Terri Miller Hopkins, wife of Greg Hopkins, of Punta Gorda, FL.

He is survived by son- Johnathan Lloyd Diehl, of MD; brother- Max Diehl, of Bedford; sister- Chloe Wright, of Punta Gorda, FL; stepbrother- Connor Hopkins, Newport News, VA; stepbrother- McKennon Hopkins, of Washington DC; two nieces: Charlotte and Emma Wright; grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Diehl and Mr. and Mrs. Hap Miller; along with his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Drew graduated from Bedford High School in 2011. After high school he joined the United States Marine Corps. He absolutely loved his country. He honorably served 6 years of service.

Drew enjoyed golfing, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He loved learning about American History particularly World War II. Also, he liked learning about astronomy. His favorite was hunting with his dad and brother. Drew loved watching Steelers football, Dallas Stars hockey and Cincinnati Reds baseball.

He will be remembered for his kind heart and soul. Drew especially loved his son and family and would do anything for them. We would like to note how much he loved and cared for his military brothers. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed.

A private graveside service will be held at St. John's Catholic Cemetery, New Baltimore.

Interment will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery, New Baltimore, PA.
