Doris A. (Hershberger) Dibert

Mrs. Doris A. Dibert, 90, of Martinsburg, died at 9:23 AM, Friday, March 6th, 2015 at Homewood at Martinsburg Retirement Center.

Mrs. Dibert was born in Bedford on Friday, March 21, 1924,  the daughter of the late David and Maude (Steele) Hershberger.

She was the widow of Gerald Ralph Dibert.  He preceded her in death on August 4, 1986.

She is survived by  Son- Dennis G. husband of Janis (Tucciaronie Dibert, Virginia; Son- Gregory W. husband of Joanie (Larson), New Jersey; Daughter- Diane L. wife of  John O'Hare, North Carolina; Brother- Theodore "Ted" Hershberger, Harrisburg. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Sean C Lacey married to Emmy (Deak), Colorado, Morgan E Dibert-Lacey, Texas & Brian M O'Hare, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth, Fern & Mary and by a brother, Bernard.

Doris was a homemaker and a member of the Brethren Church.

A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 16th, 2015 with Pastor Jerry McCuller officiating.

Interment will be held at Bedford Cemetery.

Friends are invited to call on Monday from Noon to 1:00 PM at the funeral home in Bedford.
