Donald R. Price Jr.

Donald R. Price Jr., 65, of Bedford, Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 11, 2024.

Donald was born in Bedford on August 16, 1958, son of the late Donald R. Price Sr. and Alice (Hann) Price, of Bedford.

On November 10, 1979, he married his wife Faith (Campbell).

He is survived by mother- Alice Price companion of Clay Easter, of Bedford; son- Donald R. Price III husband of Sis (McKenzie) Price; son- Tyler Price boyfriend of Nicole Decker; daughter- Trista Boyer wife of Wesley Boyer; siblings: Murice Horne companion of Robert Hockenberry, of Bedford; Belinda McKnight companion of Leroy Welsh, of Chambersburg; Kim wife of Walter Lape, of Fishertown; Jeffrey Price, of Bedford; Brian Price, of Bedford; Misty wife of Keith Holler, of Manns Choice; along with 5 grandchildren: Gabe Price, Adeliza Boyer, Jensyn Boyer, Georgia Price and baby Boyer; brothers-in-law: Robert Campbell Jr. husband of Alice; William Campbell husband of Diane; Fred Campbell husband of Jennifer; and sisters-in-law: Vanessa Shaffer wife of Ronald; Gay Twigg wife of Jimmy; Irma Miller wife of Paul; Nancy Lafferty wife of Dale. Donald is preceded in death by father- Donald Ray Price Sr, and sister-in-law Laura Shaffer widower of Lawrance Shaffer.

Donald was a lifelong member and a trustee of Buffalo Mills Christian Church.

He was an avid softball player for 35 years and coached 3 generations of Rec Sports. Donald enjoyed watching and pitching softball to his granddaughters.  He enjoyed hunting and racing.

He worked at Standard Accoustical for 35 years as a ceiling technician. Donald was the co-owner of Faithful Oak Furniture.

His laughter and presence would light up a room.  He loved being surrounded by his family, friends, church family and dogs Charlie and Brutus.  His joy was playing games around the kitchen table with his wife and grandchildren.  He will be missed by all that knew him.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Geisel-Styer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services Inc., Bedford.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 10-11 AM at Buffalo Mills Christian Church, Buffalo Mills.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 11 AM at Buffalo Mills Christian Church with Pastor Leona Logan officiating. 164 Church St. Buffalo Mills, Pa 15534

Interment will be at Cuppett Cemetery, New Paris, PA.
