Ms. Dolores King, 87, of Highland Road, Schellsburg died Monday, November 13th, 2017 at Pennknoll Village, Snake Spring Twp., PA.
Ms. King was born in Jefferson Township, Somerset County, on November 8, 1930, the daughter of the late Orlen and Ruth (Crise) King.
She is survived by Partner- Betty Bouma, Schellsburg; Sister- Ruth Ann Vranesvich, MI; Brother- Orlen King, Leechburg, VA; Brother- David King, Lonaconing, MD; Sister- Sue Hato, Allyn, WA; Brother- Keith King, Freeport; Brother- Roger King, Ford City; Brother- Mark King, Apollo; Special Niece- Donna Felt, Garden City, MI and Special Nephew- Kevin King, Vandergrift who were both reared by Dolores, and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Tom.
Dolores was of the Protestant Faith. She owned and operated the Sinclair Station in Apollo, where she also worked as a mechanic. Dolores was a wonderful woman, and a loving partner, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed.
Services for Ms. King will be held privately.
Interment will be held at Schellsburg Cemetery.
