Deloros "Jean" Habinyak

Deloros "Jean" Habinyak, 78, of Sloans Hollow Road, New Paris, died on Monday, January 9, 2023, at Donahoe Manor, Bedford, PA.

Jean was born on November 9, 1944, in Napier Twp., daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary E. (Delancy) Habinyak.

She is survived by her brother- Robert husband of Paula Jean (Cole) Habinyak, Martinsburg; brother- John Habinyak, Schellsburg; sister- Donna wife of Dale Graham, Bedford; brother- Larry husband of Pam (Welsh) Habinyak, Bedford and brother- Gary Habinyak, Schellsburg. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by sisters- JoAnn Shoopman and Linda Paul and brother Nickie J. Habinyak.

Jean was a hairdresser which she greatly enjoyed. She also enjoyed entertaining and traveling.  Jean touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all.

Friends will be received on Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 5-8PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 10AM with Pastor Richard Shingler.

Interment at Schellsburg Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Donahoe Manor for the great care and kindness Jean received while there.
