Deborah Lea Miller

Deborah Lea Miller, 68, of Bedford passed away on Friday April 17th, 2020 at her home after her battle with Ovarian Cancer.

She was born on June 12th, 1951 in Keyser, WV daughter of the late Ruby VanMeter and her husband Darrell VanMeter and her late father Glenn Shugars.

She was united in marriage to Terry Miller of 47 years.

Along with her husband she is survived by children: Sarah Miller, Jessica Rhodes (Miller), Rob Miller, Terry Michael Miller, Tina Snyder (Miller), Mellissa Wolf (Miller) and Kim Rickenbacker (Miller). She had grandchildren and great grandchildren; Stetson Rhodes, Kendra Rhodes, Xochitl Miller, Branden Miller, Johnny Miller, Atlas Miller, Samantha Wolfe, Cynthia Romero, TristaLynn Duckworth, Logan Wolfe, Vivianna Wolfe and other multiple out of state grandchildren and great grandchildren that she also loved.  She was also survived by her siblings David Shugars, Danny Shugars, Michael Shugars, Glenna Kauffman (Shugars), Darrell VanMeter, Larry VanMeter and Lori Devore (VanMeter).

Debby was of Christian faith and belonged to the Target One Ministries Church of Martinsburg PA.
